What we collect
- From your resume: name, contact number, email, highest qualification, course or branch, skills, years of experience and city. Nothing else is extracted, and the file itself is stored only as long as needed to build and correct your profile.
- From Telegram: your Telegram user ID, chosen language and the phone number you share with the contact button. We cannot read your other chats.
- From use of the service: which categories you chose, which alerts were delivered to you, and which apply links you tapped.
- From payments: a Razorpay payment ID and status. Card numbers, UPI PINs and bank credentials never reach our servers.
What we use it for
- Matching you to relevant vacancies and delivering them.
- Activating, extending and showing the status of your subscription.
- Answering your support tickets, including recovering a locked account.
- Counting aggregate engagement — how many people opened a category of job — never individual profiling for sale.
What we never do
- We do not sell, rent or share your resume, phone number or email with consultancies, employers or data brokers.
- We do not send your details to a company unless you tap the apply link and submit the application yourself on their portal.
- We do not run third-party advertising or tracking pixels on this website.
- We do not use your resume content to train any model of our own.
Processors we rely on
Google (Gemini API, for resume understanding), Razorpay (payments), Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications) and Telegram (message delivery). Each receives only the minimum needed to perform that function, and each is bound by its own published terms.
How long we keep it
Your profile stays while your account is open. Delivery records are retained for 12 months for duplicate prevention and support history. Payment records are retained as long as Indian tax and accounting rules require.
Your rights
- See what we hold about you — send
/profile in the bot or ask support.
- Correct anything the AI got wrong, at any time.
- Delete your account and profile. Send a deletion request to support@ghostlyai.in and it is actioned within 7 working days, except for records we must keep for tax purposes.
- Withdraw consent by stopping the bot or uninstalling the app; alerts stop at once.
Children
The service is intended for job seekers aged 18 and above. If you are under 18 and used the service, ask a parent or guardian to write to us and we will delete the account.
