What the service is

GhostlyAI is a job alert and information service. We collect publicly announced vacancies, match them to your profile and deliver them with a link to the official application page. We are not a recruitment agency, a placement consultancy or an employer, and we do not participate in any hiring decision.

What we do not promise

• We do not guarantee a job, an interview, a shortlist or any result.
• We do not guarantee that every listing is accurate, current or still open — details can change on the employer's side after the alert is sent.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery. Telegram outages, network failures and maintenance windows can delay alerts.

Always verify eligibility, fees and dates on the official notification before applying or paying anything.

Your account

• One account per person. Do not share your login or resell access.
• Give accurate information. A profile built on wrong details will be matched to the wrong jobs.
• Do not scrape, bulk-forward or republish our alerts as your own service.
• We may suspend an account that abuses the service, spams the support desk or attempts to defraud payments.

Payments

Plans are ₹10 for 3 days and ₹99 for 30 days, charged one time through Razorpay. No recurring mandate is created. Courses are priced individually and sold separately from plans. All prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes.

Cancellation and refunds

• There is nothing to cancel — a plan simply expires on its end date and no further amount is charged.
• Failed activation: if money is deducted and access does not activate, we refund the full amount. Raise it within 7 days with the payment reference; refunds reach the source account in 5 to 7 working days.
• Duplicate payment: refunded in full on the same timeline.
• Active plans: once a plan is active and alerts have been delivered, the amount is not refundable, including if you find a job or stop using the service.
• Courses: non-refundable once the access link has been opened, since the content is delivered immediately.

Content and intellectual property

Job details originate from employers and government notifications and belong to them. The alerts, this website, the apps and the course material are ours and may not be copied or redistributed commercially.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim. We are not liable for a missed deadline, a rejected application, a fee paid to a third party or any loss arising from information published by an employer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law, with jurisdiction in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.

Changes

If these terms change materially, we announce it on the Telegram channel and update the date above. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the revised terms.
